We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
This is our most affordable shipping option. Delivery times vary based on your location.Expedited Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and is a faster option for those who need their items sooner.Overnight Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
Overnight shipping is available for urgent orders and ensures that your order is delivered the next business day after it ships.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors like holidays, weather, and other delays beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Shipping method: Different methods (Standard, Expedited, Overnight) have varying costs.
- Order size and weight: Larger or heavier items may incur higher shipping fees.
- Shipping destination: Shipping fees depend on the destination and the distance from our warehouse.
You will be able to see the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase at checkout.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping to United States addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back in the future for updates on international shipping availability.
4. Order Processing and Handling Time
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or when high volumes of orders are received.Order Confirmation:
Once your order is processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, followed by a Shipping Confirmation email once the item ships. The shipping confirmation will include tracking information for your order, if applicable.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available) and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your order and estimate the delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Address:
We only ship to U.S. addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate, including the correct apartment or suite number, if applicable. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.P.O. Boxes:
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.Undeliverable Orders:
If an order is undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failure to pick up from a courier location, etc.), we will attempt to contact you for resolution. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order may be canceled, and a refund may be issued, minus any shipping fees.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays. In such cases, we ask for your understanding and patience. You can always check the status of your order using the tracking number provided or contact us for assistance.
8. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included by default, but you may have the option to add shipping insurance during checkout for an additional fee. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping and you selected insurance, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
