Refund and Returns Policy

At Nano Stationery Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair Refund and Returns Policy to help you resolve any issues with your order. Please read through the following terms carefully to understand your rights and our process.


1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must not be on our non-returnable list (see section below).
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: Products that have been personalized or customized for you are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased as part of a sale, clearance event, or with a promotional discount may be excluded from our return policy.
  • Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at info@nanostationeryshop.net. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include this number in your return package to ensure it is processed correctly.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
    • Exchanges may incur an additional shipping fee depending on the new item(s) being shipped.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.


4. Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Amount:
    If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

  • Restocking Fees:
    In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition of the item upon return.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nanostationeryshop.net. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

When returning damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request quickly.


6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nanostationeryshop.net. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.
